1. Introduction
Welcome to RevizPro, an educational mobile application designed and developed by Laurent Lach, based in Switzerland ("Developer", "we", "our", "us").
By downloading or using RevizPro (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License and Ownership
- The App, including its design, code, text, images, and other materials, is the intellectual property of the Developer.
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or reverse-engineer it, except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Educational Disclaimer
RevizPro is provided for learning support and entertainment. While it is designed to help users improve their knowledge, no specific educational outcome or success is guaranteed. Users should always verify answers and information from authoritative educational sources.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Model
- RevizPro requires an active subscription to use the App.
- New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
- After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the App.
4.2 Pricing
- Monthly subscription: Approximately 5 CHF/month
- Annual subscription: Approximately 50 CHF/year (17% savings)
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
4.3 Payment Terms
- All payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled via your Apple ID account through the App Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
4.4 Family Sharing
- A single subscription supports up to 8 profiles on the same device.
- Apple Family Sharing may allow family members with separate Apple IDs to access the subscription per Apple's terms.
4.5 Institutional Use
Schools or institutions seeking volume licensing should use Apple School Manager or contact us at support@revizpro.app.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple, according to their App Store refund policy. The Developer cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
6. Data and Privacy
The App stores learning progress and preferences locally on your device. Optional iCloud sync and analytics are subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade, or rent user information.
7. Liability and Warranties
- The App is provided "as is" and without any warranty, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or error-free performance.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages (including data loss, loss of profits, or learning outcomes) arising from the use or inability to use the App.
8. Age Requirements and Parental Consent
8.1 General Use
RevizPro is designed for educational use by learners of all ages.
8.2 Users Under 13 Years Old
- Users under 13 years old must have a profile created by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult.
- The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the child's use of the App.
- By creating a child profile, the parent/guardian confirms they have authority to consent on behalf of the child.
8.3 Classroom and Educational Use
- Teachers may use RevizPro in classroom settings under their institution's supervision.
- Teachers using the App professionally should ensure compliance with their school's data protection policies.
- Schools are responsible for obtaining necessary parental consents per their institutional policies.
- In educational settings, the school or teacher acts as the data controller; RevizPro acts as a data processor.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Interfere with other users' use of the App
- Use the App to collect or harvest user data
- Redistribute or commercially exploit the App content
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or features of the App at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or App Store listing. If the Terms version changes, you will be asked to re-accept before continuing to use the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your devices.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Vaud shall have jurisdiction.
